Welcome to Taxione.in. By accessing our website or booking our services (One-Way Drop, Round Trip, Corporate, or Shared Taxi), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message (SMS/WhatsApp) or email from Taxione.in.
• For specialized services like Wedding Car Rentals or Devotional Yatras, advanced booking (minimum 24–48 hours) is recommended.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Transparent Billing: Quotes provided include fuel and driver beta.
• Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated, toll fees, parking charges, and interstate permits are to be paid by the customer.
• Waiting Charges: For round trips, a grace period is provided, after which standard hourly waiting charges apply.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 6 hours prior to the pickup time may be eligible for a full refund or zero cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur a nominal “Driver Compensation” fee.
• For Shared Drop Taxis, cancellations must be made early to allow other passengers to be notified.

4. Passenger Conduct & Safety

• Zero Tolerance: Use of tobacco, alcohol, or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Compliance: Passengers must adhere to all local and state laws during the journey.
• Damage to Vehicle: Any intentional or accidental damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged at actual repair costs.

5. Delays and Liabilities

• While we pride ourselves on punctuality, Taxione.in is not liable for delays caused by unavoidable circumstances such as heavy traffic, roadblocks, accidents, or extreme weather conditions.
• In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Luggage Policy

• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Taxione.in is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Please ensure the luggage fits comfortably within the vehicle type selected (e.g., Sedan vs. SUV).

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
